Well, i'm pretty sure everyone wants to look better than the amazing Kim Kardashian in a bikini. I know that we're in the middle of winter, but starting early is not bad. If you want to lose weight obviously , you need to be healthy.Some people like me, hate working out. One great for losing weight, is by eating healthier. I know, you weren't expecting me to say that.I have lots of great snacks that you'll enjoy. One of these snacks is pretzels and hummus. I know for a fact that hummus is made out of chickpeas and other things. A "fun" fact about chickpeas is that they have been linked to blood sugar and control . It also helps with digestion.One reason that you should eat hummus is that helps you do your lovely business in the bathroom. This comes in handy cause, when you eat too much pomegranates , like me, you are gonna stay in the bathroom for a while, but if you eat the hummus you can spend less time in the bathroom.
Now, I suggest you make your own hummus or buy a low sodium one or any hummus. Let me tell you that this next snack is so yummy and healthy.This snack is for all the people that love hummus and crunchy stuff.Now, after a long day, I go home and usually eat chips and hummus. But then, I realized that I could eat something very yummy and healthy at the same time. The snack I thought of was vegetables and hummus. Chips are crunchy and so are some vegetables. So, I eat celery , carrots , and lettuce with hummus. Its really yummy and healthy at the same time. The struggle is real if you love popcorn but don't wanna gain weight. I have made a solution.
